Eight albums on one CD package is great value from the REAL-GONE
label generally available on the internet. A really good mix of different
albums released in the sixties....MY THANKS TO YOU...being a
standout. Country and Western, Rock n roll, Spanish, Italian and an
especially good Christmas album. A little bit of echo mars a few
tracks but otherwise digitally remastered gives superior quality.****.

A new Simply Red album on the markets for Christmas seems a
reasonable idea , but once again I did not take to every track on
this album. More sluggish than soul although I always do find
Mick Huknell's voice attractive this is not one of his best. If you're
a fan you will disagree strongly. ***.
