Amazing value as these eight original vinyl albums are digitally remastered and have
superior sound.Mostly released in 1958-60 but often sound fresh and well orchestrated.
Connie's style of singing was of it's time, but occasionally some tracks reveal a futuristic
performance that you can't help admiring. She can be a bit shrill in some places and most
of the Christmas album is a little high-key , otherwise 101 tracks well recorded is a
value-for money release. ****.
